Also, we cooperate with many other companies to maintain a b2b relationship. For example, the maintenance service, delivery service and the supplier are outsourced. So it can greatly reduce our cost in those areas and we keep control on these to monitor the high quality and provide customer-oriented services.
Our Service
In our company, we are selling computer to our customer. Beside, our services include online payment, after-sales service and delivery.
Selling service We provide a well-known and high quality computer with low price to our customer, such like Dell, HP, IBM, ACER, COMPAQ etc. We also retail the component of computer and arrange fast computer fabrication for our customer.
Online payment PPS and credit card are available in online payment for customer convenience. Visa and Mastercard are allowed in payment.
After-Sales Service Besides selling computer, we will supply after-sales service to our customer. After-sales service include one year maintenance service after sales, 24 hotline for answering customer enquiry about our service and product.
Delivery We organize our express team to delivery the computer to our customer everywhere in Hong Kong if the order is over $9,000. Otherwise, extra administration fee is needed for delivery if the customer required.
