The industry we chose is educational tutorial school.

1) It is because hiring a popular tutor (maybe a star-class tutor) is very expensive. And their working hour is so limited to teach or handle a great deal of classes and students. That means they are not able to lecture for classes in different branches at the same time. Moreover, the rental fee for tutorial school is so high in HK. It is vrey costly for each brances to extend their campus if they want to enroll more number of students. That means there is a limited capacity for tutorial.
That's why our group would like to suggest this organizatin to go to virtual.

2) In oue case, publisher whom outsourced to print our notes, so publisher is our outsource partner (/supplier). Tutors whose duty is to teach the courses is our partner. And customers is those students who have enrolled in our courses.

3) Our core competencies are well-customer management, well-informed scheduling for the time table and classes, good classroom management, promotion technique and excellent networking (network among tutor market and network with customers(=students)).
