If the users choose to use telephone call, it only charges the users in the low price. Skype also enables the users to send SMS through computers. It also includes sending instant messaging, transferring files among the users. If the users are busy in work, they can also receive voice message for 10 minutes long when they online again. It is a low cost and convenient way for the virtual organization to contact their business partners and customers.
