1. Automatic job matching service to both employers and job seekers
2. Job search engine for job seekers

Employers and job seekers If employers don’t post jobs on recruit, then the website won’t have jobs for jobs seekers. As a result, less and less job seekers go to the website. Low flow rate will not attract advertisers to post ads there.
